Cozy Work is a platform designed to help users find quiet places to work and study in Barcelona. We curate and verify spaces manually. As a project in active development, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
To access certain features (like saving places), you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
If you use our "Submit a Place" feature, you grant us the right to review, edit, and publish the information provided. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful information. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion.
While we visit and verify every place listed on Cozy Work, we cannot guarantee that all information (such as opening hours, Wi-Fi quality, prices, or availability) is 100% accurate at all times. Places change, close, or get crowded. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by inaccurate information.
Cozy Work is a directory. We do not own or operate the places listed. We are not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that may occur while you are at a workspace found through our platform.
Unless otherwise stated, the design, source code, and original content (including photographs) of Cozy Work are owned by us. You may not copy or reproduce our content without prior permission.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
